1. Customization and Acceptance

1.1. All items made through our custom leather service are designed specifically for the customer based on their unique specifications. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-cancellable.

2. No Refunds or Returns

2.1. As each item is made to order and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order items. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of the products and the resources dedicated to each individual order.
